Who We Are
The School of Education is thrilled to confirm that we will continue to host the Friday Knights Supported Recreation Program for students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) for the Fall 2025 semester! This program, formerly at the College of Saint Rose, was very well-known and beloved for over 20 years and we are so happy that it has found a new home with us here at the University at Albany. Participants and volunteers really enjoy this program, finding it both fun and fulfilling and keep coming back! Friday Knights provides a positive, and welcoming atmosphere for children with ASD and their families, promoting a sense of belonging and an opportunity for recreation and respite for the families we serve.
What We Do
