Literacy Volunteers of Rensselaer County (LVORC) is holding its third annual “Jazzed for Literacy” fundraiser on Friday June 23, 2017 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Troy. Sonny & Perley, Jazz musicians will be providing music for this fun filled evening of music, dancing, and wine tasting.
The evening will also include a silent auction/raffle from a variety of local businesses. While socializing and enjoying the lovely music of Sonny & Perley one can also enjoy a delicious array of hors d’oeuvres prepared by the Hilton Garden’s chefs included in the ticket price. There will be a cash bar.
Jazzed for Literacy is an important fundraiser for Literacy Volunteers, and the admission fee for individuals will be $30 per person in advance or $40 at the door.
