**Position Overview:**
The Volunteer Data Research Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our nonprofit’s mission by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about data, research, and making a positive impact in the community.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the collection and organization of data relevant to the organization’s projects and initiatives.
- Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings on relevant topics.
- Analyze data using statistical software and tools.
- Prepare reports and visual presentations of data findings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to identify research needs and develop methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of research activities and findings.

This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about community outreach, building partnerships, and promoting our mission through effective engagement strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the organization’s programs and initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness and encourage participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, local businesses, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to identify community needs and tailor engagement efforts accordingly.
- Collect feedback from community members to improve engagement strategies and programming.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials and social media content to highlight community engagement efforts.

**Qualifications:**
- Passion for community service and nonprofit work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in event planning or community outreach is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies.

- Assist in the creation and distribution of educational materials that highlight equality issues and available resources.
- Collect feedback and data from community members to assess needs and improve advocacy efforts.
- Participate in community events and represent the organization to promote its mission and values.
