The City of Albany’s Office of Cultural Affairs in the Mayor’s Office is seeking groups that demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and a commitment to community engagement to help make this program successful. We would love to have your organization join us as volunteers for the Trick-or-Trot Pumpkin Run 5K on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Washington Park, beginning at 4:00 PM.
About Us
The Office of Cultural Affairs in Mayor’s office is dedicated to
enhancing the quality of life in Albany by producing events and initiatives
that celebrate the city’s vibrant culture, creativity, and community spirit. We
strive to build partnerships with organizations that share our vision of
creating a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging community.
Road Marshal (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Volunteers will help ensure the safety of runners along the race course by
providing direction, monitoring intersections, and assisting participants
throughout the route.
Water Distribution (4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Volunteers will distribute water to runners at designated hydration stations.
