The NYIC is partnering with I-ARC and CCSM to host asylum clinics in Albany on Friday, March 15th, 22nd, and 29th. We are seeking Spanish speakers to support our clinics.
VOLUNTEER SHIFTS
- 8am - 10am: Set Up
- 4pm - 5pm: Break Down
- 9:45am - 4:30pm | 9:45am - 1:30pm | 1pm - 4:30pm: General Volunteers
- Check In - Volunteers will direct clients to the appropriate next step, answer questions, and follow check-in protocols (Spanish Speakers Required)
- Printing - Volunteers who will print applications, copies, and documents.
- Scanning - Volunteers will scan and upload documents to DocketWise as needed
- Floaters - Volunteers will support you with any volunteer role that is needed. This can include the volunteer roles above, ushering, and more (Spanish Speakers Required)
- 10:30am - 5:00pm: Spanish Interpretation (Spanish Speakers Required)
