The Poor People's Campaign is bringing together people across the country who are organizing to build a movement to continue to the work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. 50 years ago. In the Spring of 2018, the campaign will launch with 40 Days of moral actions in at over 35 States and Washington D.C. UAlbany is taking action early and we need you to take action on one of the largest movements of our generation. You can make a Difference!
We'll gather at the downtown campus at 11:00 a.m. and make signs (supplies provided) showing our support for the movement and then we'll walk from the downtown campus all the way to the state Capital to stand up for justice
