9:00 am until 11:30 am
Please join us for our annual Legislative Education event, when we educate lawmakers about important donation-relevant legislation being advanced in 2024. We need a huge showing of folks who support and advocate for organ donation. UAlbany students are needed to support the kickoff press conference. See schedule below. This event is approved for 4 hours of service.
Send an email to Jayson White, jwhite@dlnys.org with your tee-shirt size by Monday, the 15 at Noon and it will be waiting or you at the event.
Legislative Education Event Agenda
Registration: 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. – Pick up materials, name tags, & lunches in Legislative Office Building (LOB) Room 944A
9:45 a.m.– Quick review of logistics and event
10:00 a.m. – Depart for group photo and press conference in “The Well” of the LOB
10:15 a.m. – Group photo
10:30 a.m. – Donate Life Month press conference
Best to take the 12 or the 114, as parking is a nightmare Downtown.
