New students complete local service learning projects and training aligned with the UN Global Goals

Welcome Great Danes! At UAlbany, we believe in serving the public good, so much so that it is a key priority of the University's mission. We all can make a difference by just giving a small amount of our time, talent, and compassion to benefit local community organizations in the Capital Region and beyond.

As part of Welcome Week, we have brought together partners from across UAlbany and the Capital Region for a morning of volunteerism and training. Select one opportunity from the many activities below to learn more about how you can give back, help others, and make an impact!
