For over seventy years, Albany Housing Authority has been providing rental housing for very low, low, and moderate income households in the city of Albany. Monthly Food Distribution Volunteer Program Support the Albany Housing Authority’s monthly food distribution by assisting with preparation and on-site delivery at various AHA locations. Volunteers help with bagging, sorting, counting, and transporting food items at our central site (260/270 N Pearl Street) as well as handing out bags and taking attendance during distributions at AHA locations. Multiple roles are available to match different abilities and interests.
