Orientation supports the transition of new and continuing students at UAlbany. During this exciting new chapter, we are here every step of the way to connect you and your family with the resources you need to be successful. Through Orientation and other programs throughout the academic year, we will help you adjust to the social, cultural, and academic aspects of the university.

Orientation facilitates the transition of new and continuing students by encouraging the exploration of opportunities, supporting connections to University resources, promoting a sense of pride in the University and partnering with parents and families.
