The NYS Writers Institute works with many local organizations. We help coordinate volunteers at UAlbany for creative events related to the literary arts.
On October 5th Capital District LATINOS is celebrating Hispanic Heritage month by hosting Latinx artists and muscians at thier location 160 Central Ave in Albany. (15 minute bus ride down central from UAlbany)
We are lookig for volunteers to help with event decor, prep, welcome table, food/drink prep and directional guide.
Volunteers are need at 12 noon and until 6pm. We can take individual and group sign up.
