Student Positions
- Parking Lot
- 20 Volunteers
- Guide guests from Dutch parking lot to the shuttle bus or to SEFCU for the Welcome Session
- Additional spots at the main campus entrances
- Time Commitment: 7:30am - 9:30am
- SEFCU
- 18 Volunteers
- 1-2 Volunteers per seating section (9 sections)
- Will assist in filling seats & guiding guests to and from Welcome Session in SEFCU
- Seat fillers will help guide to podium following Welcome Session
- Time Commitment: 7:30am - 10:15am
- SEFCU Photo Booth
- 1-3 Volunteers
- Encourage and assist guests to use the photo booth before the Welcome Session
- Time Commitment: 8:00am - 10:00am
- Deposit Station
- 4-8 Volunteers
- High energy!
- Assist families who have made their deposit at our "Photo Station" located at the main fountain
- Time Commitment: 2 shifts (choose 1 or both)
- 10:00am - 12:00pm
- 12:00pm - 2:00pm
- Information Tent
- 4-6 Volunteers
- Answer questions & guide guests to various Open House activities
- Time Commitment: 2 Shifts
- 9:00am - 11:00am (4)
- 11:00am - 1:00pm (2)
- LC Attendants
- 20+ Volunteers
- Stand by the LC doors & direct guests to various academic sessions
- Assist staff in seat filling & ensure the doors do not slam
- Also should mingle with prospective students and their families
- Time Commitment: 10:00am - 1:00pm
