Girls on the Run Capital Region is getting ready to host our Fall 5k celebration – are you with us?! Our 5k event is a joyous and commemorative day celebrating the culmination of the girls’ efforts across the entire season. When they cross the finish line, they gain the confidence of knowing they can accomplish the goals they set their minds to! This year, we are expecting anywhere over from 500-700 participants. And it won’t be possible without amazing volunteers like you!

This year’s event will be held on Saturday, November 19 at Jennings Landing in Albany, NY. An important part of planning for our Celebration 5k is gaining the commitment of volunteers. We could use your help anytime from 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM.
