Volunteer With Us at the 2nd Annual ADHD Awareness Walk
We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable volunteers to help make our 2nd Annual ADHD Awareness Walk a welcoming, organized, and successful event for the community!
The walk will take place on Sunday, October 4th at Crossgates Mall, with the event running from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Volunteer shifts will begin as early as 7:00 AM, and all volunteers must arrive no later than 8:00 AM so we are fully prepared before participants arrive.
Volunteers may help with:
Setting up tables and chairs for exhibitors
Organizing exhibitor and resource areas
Setting up refreshments and event materials
Assisting at the registration table and helping participants sign in
Helping manage the raffle table
Supporting the Noteworthy Resources table and sharing information about our programs, peer support services, and community resources
General event support, participant guidance, and cleanup as needed
This is a great opportunity for students, community members, professionals, and anyone interested in supporting ADHD awareness, mental health, neurodiversity, and local community programming.
As a thank-you for donating your time and efforts, volunteers are welcome to list Noteworthy Resources as a reference after volunteering with us. We are also happy to sign school, internship, service-learning, or other paperwork verifying your completed volunteer hours.
Your time and support will play an important role in helping us create a positive experience for individuals and families attending the walk. We appreciate every volunteer who helps us make this community event possible!
