UAlbany in the High School is having an event called the UAlbany in the High School Science Research Symposium. We are seeking student volunteers to help us throughout the event (mostly directing traffic and such). The event will take place on Wednesday February 26,2025.
We are looking for volunteers for the following shifts:
Wednesday February 26
10:30am-12:30pm ( Six Volunteers needed)
Meeting place: The Great Hall (campus center west)
Task: Student guide- be available to show students/ teachers where various rooms on campus are. Escorting groups of students and teachers back and forth between Campus Center and the two Dining Halls (State and Indigenous).The volunteers should also know where the following locations are: CC 375, The Board Room (campus center west)The Multipurpose room(campus center west), Science Library- Standish Room, and Assembly Hall(campus center) .
12:30pm-2:30pm( Three Volunteers needed)
Meeting Place: Multipurpose room, Science Library Standish Room, Board Room and Assembly Hall
