The West Hill Refugee Welcome Center in partnership with Love Your Block will be hosting a Block Party to celebrate the surrounding community and the diversity within them. Volunteers are needed to help
Set Up
Break Down
Serve hot and cold food
Run Kids games
Pick Up Litter and empty trash and recycling
Volunteers can sign up for 1-2 hour shifts for one or more of the available slots and may commit to multiple shifts and slots. Participants are encouraged to stay for the entire duration of the event but do not have to volunteer for the full 8 hours.
All attendees are welcome to enjoy food, refreshments, live music, games, henna tattoos, and visit informational tabling either before or after their volunteer shift.
