Love Your Block will be assisting an Eagle Hill Neighborhood resident with creating more fresh top soil in their backyard. Volunteers will be responsible for laying burlap and cardboard and then shoveling mulch and compost on top. Afterwards, volunteers will be expected to disperse grass seed, adding straw on top, and watering.
All tools and materials will be provided. There will be no lunch break but snacks and water will be available along with gardening gloves.
Transportation will not be provided to this event. Bus lines to this location are limited so please coordinate carpooling.
