Victoria Acres offers PATH Therapeutic Riding Lessons to individuals of all ages with a vast array of disabilities. Our programs our growing and Victoria Acres is in need of volunteers to provide our life-changing programs.
Lead Walker:
Generally, a volunteer who comes to the program with some
horse knowledge and who feels comfortable leading a horse. Lead walkers are
primarily responsible for the horse and must be aware of the horse’s movement
and behavior at all times. During the session, handle the horse according to the instructor’s direction.
