Instructions:
1. Supplies must be picked up from the Dean of Students Office (Campus Center, room 137) or FSL office in the hub, on the Friday prior to your clean up. The office is open from 9AM-5PM.
2. Student groups are encouraged to do their portion of the clean up on Sunday during daylight hours.
3. Students should feel free to represent their organizations by wearing letters or other apparel signifying what organization they belong to.
4. Your group's assigned clean-up area and start time will be issued to all of you no later than Friday of your chosen date for clean-up.
5. Please make sure to collect trash from both sides of the street. Any trash that is visible from the road/sidewalk is fair game (including but not limited to yards that border the sidewalk).
6. Please make sure to use the supplies given to you by Off-Campus Student Services and when done stack the filled purple and gold trash bags only on the corner of Hudson Ave. and Quail St. (opposite the street from the Hudson River Coffee House).
7. Additionally, please take several pictures of your volunteers participating in the clean-up (including at least 1 group shot). These pics will help us better advertise the fact that our UAlbany students are an asset to the community. 8. Pictures can be e-mailed to lrumsey@albany.edu/sifsa@albany.edu and should be sent no more than 24 hours after the clean-up has been completed.
9. Any unused bags and ALL gloves should be returned to the Dean of Students Office (CC 137) no later than 5PM the Monday after your scheduled clean-up.
