As we continue to see more and more dangerous activities on college campuses associated with Greek Life, colleges are beginning to question whether or not they should allow Greek Organizations to participate. Several SUNY schools and other colleges have outright banned Greek life. We also see increasing amounts of legislation passed that pertain to Greek Life- such as anti-hazing laws. Does the positive impact such as the service and philanthropy outweigh the bad? What can universities do to provide risk management and damage control when things go wrong? Is there really a difference between above ground and underground organizations? We want to hear your thoughts about Greek Life!
We are looking for volunteers who can have a meaningful discussion with members of the community about what Greek Life is about, why it is important, what they do, and its potential impact: good or bad.
Volunteers can table in shifts. We will be tabling. Please wear para, if possible.
