Fun filled event for students and families.
Purpose: Our goal for the event is to expose our families to the community's exciting afterschool enrichment programs and resources. We are also promoting family and community engagement.
Attendance: Approximately 300 to 600 attendees are expected. We have extended a warm invitation to our students, their families, and community members.
Our Request: Volunteers to assist with providing high-quality service and ensuring the success of this event. To accommodate schedules, shifts are being offered from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. (e.g., Setup: 3 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. or clean-up 5 p.m. -6:30 p.m.). We are requesting that volunteers commit to 1.5 hours of service.
