The CPSP holds a volunteer service fair every semester in the LC Concourse. Nonprofit and public partners from in and around the Capital Region come and table at the event to share information about their work and recruit volunteers. This fair can only happen with the support of student volunteers.
Please consider giving an hour or two of service at the event, more if you need them.
Volunteers:
- welcome community partners in the State Quad Student Parking lot and offer to help transport the gear for their tables
- guide partners to the CPSP check-in table in front of the Main Library on the LC level
- assist with check-in
- make sure agency partners are comfortable at their tables
- help partners back to their cars at the end of the fair.
