Until the pandemic, the kitchen of the Large Auditorium at the Washington Ave Branch of APL belonged to the Friends of APL, and the weekly Friends Hospitality Crew took great care of the kitchen and closet.
In 2020, the Library closed for several months. Since the library reopened, many groups use the kitchen, and none with quite as much love as days past. Cups, boxes of tea, the last few napkins, the all build up and accumulate.
The kitchen needs a deep-clean, and some organizing!
This can be done by an intrepid individual, a pair, or a group.
We have two dates for this:
TUESDAY, March 28th, from 9am to 11am
and/or
SUNDAY, April 23 from 12pm to 2pm
If you have a group, we could find an alternate time if the above slots do not work for you.
