Join us for UAlbany's biggest community facing Halloween program. Sign your organization up to table at the Halloween program and distribute candy/treats to local Capital Region families.
Student organizations that would like to distribute candy at the event should be prepared to arrive by 12:00pm and have their table set up by no later than 12:30pm. All student organizations that choose to table must have staffing available to remain at their table throughout the full event and until the event concludes at 4:00pm.
Additionally, student organizations that choose to participate in the event should bring enough candy to provide at least one piece of candy to a minimum of 500 children.
Students that are assisting with tabling and/or volunteering at the event are highly encouraged to dress in a child-friendly costume of their choice or some type of weather-appropriate UAlbany gear.
Tables/chairs will be provided for any student organization that chooses to register in advance via EngageUAlbany.
