The Pine Hills Neighborhood Association is in need of assistance on Wednesday, October 2nd from 12:45pm - 2:00pm. The volunteer service will include moving some supplies affiliated with the upper Madison street fair from a building located on Western Avenue to a storage area on Alumni Quad.
The neighborhood association has a box truck that will be used to transport the materials and they are recruiting a few extra students to assist with loading/unloading the truck at the respective sites.
Volunteers should report directly to the Steamer 10 Theater located at 500 Western Avenue (rear of building that houses the police station) to begin their service. The volunteer coordinator (Luke Rumsey) will check you in for your service shift when you arrive. Parking is located on the street or in the bank parking lot next door.
Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes and dress for the weather.
