School greeters: meet arriving schools and direct them to Broadview Center for check-in; be on hand when schools are leaving to make sure all is well.  

Breakdown easels and poster boards, return them to Showcase storage, clear check-in tables and return extra items to Showcase storage, visit Showcase locations to ensure any Showcase materials have been collected, etc.

Assigned to an outdoor post, help Showcase guests find the different event location and shuttle stops while answering guest questions.
